RCN is investing a lot of money to provide high speed internet service to Saba by connecting Saba to St. Kitts by means of a fibre-optic cable. This is a cable that will be put on the bottom of the sea. On Saturday morning, the vessel that lays the cable was seen in Fort Bay. Something seems to be happening!
