First Colour Cross-Fit

The Daily Herald announces that the Saba University School of Medicine’s Women Medical Student Association will be holding the first-ever Colour Cross- Fit in The Bottom today, Thursday, at 5:30pm. The event combines a colour run with several sports challenges integrated along the track. The start line will be as usual at the gate of the Medical School campus and the finish line will be at the Coffee House, where med-school volunteers will be providing guitar music. The splashing of participants with colorants will remain the main feature of the competition. The run is supported by Body, Mind and Spirit Foundation. Proceeds will go towards Child Focus Foundation.
