Handling Bosman proposal in parliament postponed

The Daily Herald writes that the much-anticipated handling of Member of the Second Chamber of the Dutch Parliament André Bosman’s law proposal to regulate the residency of new immigrants from Aruba, Curaçao and St. Maarten was postponed at the last moment Wednesday evening.
The plenary handling in the Second Chamber was called off due to the late hour caused by a debate on the situation in Ukraine. President of Parliament Anouchka van Miltenburg announced shortly before 9:00pm that there was a request to defer the handling of the Bosman initiative law to next week. The members agreed. A new date will be set this Friday when Parliament decides on the agenda for the week after.
