The Daily Herald writes that the Evaluation Committee that will study the effects of the new constitutional status of Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba will be visiting Saba on Sunday, November 16, and Monday, November 17.

A Meet and Greet is planned at the Eugenius Johnson Centre in Windwardside from 5:30pm to 7:00pm on Monday, November 17. During this meeting, the Committee would like to speak with as many residents as possible in order to hear their opinions.

The Evaluation Committee is headed by former Minister of Home Affairs and Kingdom Relations Liesbeth Spies. The four remaining members of the Committee who will meet with Saba residents are Fred Soons, retired professor of the University of Utrecht, Glenn Thode, vice-chancellor of the University of Aruba and former island Governor of Bonaire, Luc Verheij, Professor at the University of Leiden and State Councillor for the Council of State, and Frans Weekers, former State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance.

During this Meet and Greet, committee members will introduce themselves to residents of Saba. Residents will then have the opportunity to express their views and opinions with regard to their experiences in the new constitutional structure during the past four years.
