Ulehake joined the CYF in June 2015. He is originally from the Netherlands where he worked as a Child Psychologist. Ulehake is said to be equipped with the skill-set and knowledge in an array of social/ emotional challenges and practical skills, which encourages the development of coping skills. As a behavioural specialist, Ulehake provides CYF Saba and St. Eustatius with guidance in the care-giving process.

Heemskerk was born and raised in St. Maarten and has lived in the Netherlands for eight years, where he studied and worked as a youth social worker. In his function as youth worker, Heemskerk will focus on organising preventative activities based on the needs of the youth. Heemskerk has a background in sports and music, practising the art of Capoeira for 13 years and playing percussion instruments as a hobby.

He is proficient and active in several sports and will use these skills and talents to motivate and stimulate the youth for positive development.

CYF offers social services to persons in Saba who may have questions about parenting, behaviour, support and youth related care. CYF also organises preventative community activities. Its mission is that every child develops in a healthy and safe manner. CYF said it was happy to be a complete team supporting families and youth in Saba.
