Child Focus Saba Photography Club received desktop

Child Focus Saba Photography Club has received an Apple 21.5 inch iMac desktop computer this month with funding from Prince Bernhard Culture Fund, writes The Daily Herald. It will be used by club members to edit their photos using Adobe Lightroom software and expand their knowledge of photo and video editing programmes.

The Club is for teenagers and focuses on teaching them how to work together successfully as a team, initiate and plan projects as a photographer.

Instructor and photographer Bastiaan Janssens has covered a multitude of topics involving the technical aspects of photography such as composition rules and how shutter speed, ISO, and aperture are used together. Students take their camera home to practice and capture photos at community events.

This year, the club will explore themes and topics surrounding fashion, family, identity, and environment awareness. A combined exhibition is planned for June.
