The book has been compiled by Marjolein van den Berg and Jaap Rutger Kos. They continued a compilation process of decades started by F. Metry LLM, then Netherlands Antilles Tax Inspector.

With the staffing of the Bonaire office by Jaap Rutger Kos, Meijburg & Co Caribbean is the only specialized tax advisory firm with a tax professional permanently located in the Caribbean Netherlands.
