Transport Company Accessible Ventures started providing special transportation for persons on Saba, insured by BES Healthcare Insurance Office ZVK, as of November 7.
ZVK has contracted Accessible Ventures to provide transportation to and from medical or other treatment centres for persons, who on the indication of a general practitioner or specialist are disabled, bedridden or are in need of transportation by means of a wheelchair.
Accessible Ventures will not compete in any way with the current taxis. The company will not engage in any form of social transportation. The personnel are from Saba and have received an intensive training course in the field of transport of persons, who for health or medical reasons are in need of such transportation.
