Carlos Leverock's tombstone unveiled

On Tuesday, the tombstone for the late fireman of the Caribbean Netherlands Fire Department Carlos Leverock was unveiled on Saba.

Leverock, who was born on Saba, was a fire fighter in St. Eustatius for years. He passed away two years ago.

On Tuesday, General Chief of the Caribbean Netherlands Fire Department Jair Tromp, Statia’s Fire Chief Andre Bennett and Saba’s Fire Chief Julio Every visited Leverock’s burial site.

The tombstone was unveiled by family members of the late Leverock.
