Island and Executive Councils sit down with SCS board to discuss financial situation

On Monday, May 8^th, the Island, and Executive Councils sat down with the Saba Educational Foundation board(SEF). The SEF provided an update to the Island and Executive Councils, where they thoroughly explained the financial situation at the school and what measures have been taken to ensure the educational institution remains financially solvent in the short term as well as in long term. The SEF also added that the quality of education will not be affected.

The Island Governor stated The board of SEF gave the members of both bodies an explanation for the recent decisions taken by them. The update was welcomed and the SEF will keep the Councils informed as necessary.
