3. Approval of the Minutes from the Central Committee meeting on Nov. 9th and Nov. 29th, 2017
4. Opportunity for inhabitants to speak (with prior announcement)
5. Island Council Proposal 2017.008: 4th Budget Amendment 2017
6. Opportunity for the Executive Council to verbally update the Central Committee
