Lt. Governor Johnson meets with politicians in The Hague

Last week Island governor, Jonathan Johnson, visited the European part of The Netherlands. During his visit, he had an introductory meeting with the new Minister of Justice and Safety, Mr. Grapperhaus, to discuss issues such as enforcement, drugs, and domestic violence. The governor also met with State Secretary, Mr. Knops, on recovery.

The governor also took the opportunity to thank the organizations responsible for providing support before and in the first few days and weeks after the hurricanes. He shared the impact that the hurricanes had on Saba and highlighted some chances to improve the cooperation between different organizations.
