SHS organised a self-defense class

On Sunday, April 22^nd, 2018, the students at Sacred Heart School on Saba who are attending teacher Helen’s class again enjoyed the self-defense class at the Peter. L. Granger Sports Auditorium. This special event took place in connection with Autism Awareness Month. The students learned several self-defense techniques and they had a great time.

Last year it was a great success therefore teacher Helen decided to contact the Head Instructor Melissa Bardfield again. Ms. Bardfield from Renzo Grazie Jiu-Jitsu in St. Maarten was more than happy to travel with her instructors, Jami Elor and Johan Muñoz to give the class.

A thank you goes to the Sacred Heart School who provided two airline tickets.
