Giles Quarter cleaned

From June 21 until June 23, the Dutch Marines were in Saba for their annual hurricane exercise in the region. During this period, the Marines along with a group from the Public Works Department and civil servants of the Public Entity Saba cleaned up debris down at Giles Quarter.

The efforts of the Marines, Public Works and volunteers in the clean-up under difficult circumstances have contributed not only to keeping Saba clean, but also safer. The cleanup operation was much appreciated by the Public Entity Saba and the Saban community, the Public Entity stated on its Pace book page.
