Publication Decree write out of the administration of personal records for Sint Eustatius

From a research regarding addresses which was executed by the Census Office, it has shown that the person mentioned below is no longer residing at the address where he / she is written in. Pursuant to Article 9 of the “Basisadministraties BES” (personal record BES), the Executive Council makes known  that it has been decided to officially write out the following person from the basic administration:

Objections

Up to and including 6 weeks after publication, the interested party may object to their removal from the registration. In your notice of objection you must at least state: your name and address, the date on which you filed the notice of objection, a description of the decision against which you are objecting and the reasons why you object. You must sign the notice of objection. You can address the notice of objection to the Executive Council of St. Eustatius.

A removal from the registration of the basic administration may result in the above mentioned person being unable to request documents (travel documents, driving license and ID Card). It can also have consequences for any allowances or benefits. In addition, it can have consequences for the Old age pension. It is important to be registered at the correct address.
