Mark Zagers is SEC’s second director

Mark Zagers has been appointed managing director of Saba Electric Company SEC N.V.

SEC’s Supervisory Board of Directors decided to appoint Zagers in order to strengthen the company’s managing board with a second director. Together with now President Director Charles Dexter Johnson, Zagers will make up SEC’s Managing Board of Directors.

Zagers has a long-standing history with SEC. He joined the company, then as NV GEBE, in July 1997. As a financial management expert, he has a lot of experience and knowledge. Throughout the past 22 years, Zagers took on more responsible roles, leading up to his position as Finance and Control Department Head in SEC’s administration department.

Because SEC is a small company, Zagers will wear the cap of Head of the Finance Department next to that of his new function as Managing Director. “As Managing Director, Mark is excited to bring to the company a new energy and, together with President Director Johnson, further develop, professionalize and advance SEC,” the company stated on Friday.
