Subsidy applications for 2018 can be submitted from May 1st, 2018 at 9:00 AM to May 15th, 2018 at 5:00 PM local time. Not-for-profit organizations, which are helping children that are growing up in a low-income family and are already doing great work on their respective islands are urged to submit an application. Opportunities for all children is intended for children from 0 through 17 years old, who are missing out on specific in-kind resources due to lack of money, such as swimming lessons, sports equipment, music lessons or a healthy breakfast.

For the time being up to and including 2021, 1 million euro is annually earmarked for children in Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba. Of this amount, 550.000 euro is available for Bonaire, 250.000 euro for St. Eustatius and 200.000 euro for Saba.
