St. Maarten’s business community will soon meet a new avenue for small business loans with the opening of Qredits Microfinance.
After months of hard work by the Ministry of TEATT, via the Department of Economy, Transportation and Telecommunication (ETT), Qredits will soon be opening its doors to the business community of St. Maarten, Saba and St. Eustatius.
With the opening of this new microfinance agency, small businesses will have access to credit outside of the traditional commercial banks.
Presently work is underway at Qredits’ future office at the Miss Lalie Commercial Complex, with the final construction work being completed with the assistance of the complex owner and contractor.
Soualiga News.
When will this exactly start and where can we get it? I know it be for saba statia and st. Maarten.
Dear Marilynn, The project will start October 1st. This month more information will be shared with all companies on the island. The Chamber of Commerce can be contacted for more information since they are in direct connection with Qredits.
